“Our progress as a nation can be no swifter than our progress in education.”

President John F. Kennedy

The Aligned·By·Design Model

A ground-breaking student and knowledge-centric management system, the Aligned·By·Design  Model was developed specifically to solve education’s systemic student achievement challenges. Using state-of-the-art technology to enable the quality model for education, it interacts with and supports educators, helping them eliminate the foundational, systemic flaws inhibiting today’s standards-based systems.

Inherently recognizing, respecting, and allowing for individual ideas and teaching methods, the Model provides the process definition and tools required by educators to develop, implement, and manage truly teachable, measurable, and internationally benchmarked content standards. This fine-grained level of standards definition and alignment is enabled by the Model’s knowledge and skill item library.

Aligned·By·Design's knowledge-centricity is the cornerstone of the Model design, and the foundational principle integral to, and connected with, the successful application of each and every education system process. Adoption of this principle is vital to the success of the education community’s efforts to create truly aligned instructional systems with high-performance student-centric classrooms and accelerate student achievement progress.
